Terms of Service
The rules for using this website. The work itself is governed by your written estimate, not by this page. Effective 30 August 2026.
1. About Us
Middle Tennessee Land Clearing LLC (“Middle Tennessee Land Clearing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned forestry mulching and land clearing business based in Lebanon, Tennessee, serving Wilson County and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. These Terms apply to your use of our website (the “Site”). They do not govern the work we perform. Forestry mulching, land clearing, or brush removal are governed by a separate written estimate or service agreement between you and Middle Tennessee Land Clearing. See Section 4.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using it, you confirm that you meet that requirement. You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, bots, or automated scraping tools
Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without our prior written permission
3. Quote Requests and Communications
The Site lets you request an estimate or contact us about our services. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract and does not obligate us to provide any service. It starts a conversation.
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or telling us directly.
4. Services and Estimates Are Separate from These Terms
Any description of services, past projects, or pricing information on the Site is general information only. It is not an offer, a guarantee, or a binding quote. What a job costs depends on acreage, terrain, vegetation density, access, and other things that can only be judged on your specific property.
All work we perform is governed by a separate written estimate or service agreement that you and Middle Tennessee Land Clearing agree to before work begins. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed estimate or service agreement, the signed agreement controls.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by Middle Tennessee Land Clearing or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Middle Tennessee Land Clearing name and brand, and the design of the Site. You may view and use the Site to learn about and engage our services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our written consent.
6. What You Send Us
Any information, photos of your property, project details, or other content you send us through the Site (“Submissions”) may be used to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work. You confirm that you own or have the right to share any Submissions and that they do not violate anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submissions for the purpose of communicating with you and providing services.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, such as mapping, scheduling, or review platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that everything on it is accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
This disclaimer applies to the Site only. Any warranties covering work we perform are set out in your separate service agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDDLE TENNESSEE LAND CLEARING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Middle Tennessee Land Clearing LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described there.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not subject to arbitration under Section 14 will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Dispute Resolution
We would rather solve a problem directly. Please contact us first and give us a chance to make it right. If we cannot settle a dispute informally, you and Middle Tennessee Land Clearing agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, administered by a recognized arbitration provider in Tennessee, on an individual basis. You and Middle Tennessee Land Clearing waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. This section does not prevent either of us from seeking relief in small claims court.
